Pro Se Clinic

Each District Court Clerk’s Office has legal forms and packets available for those who choose to represent themselves.

A pro se attorney is available to meet with self-represented parties by appointment only for assisting the Court with pro se filings and cases, and not to act as a legal advocate (not to act as a party’s personal attorney). The pro se attorney will review your paperwork before it is presented to a District Judge and will not offer you legal advice. All appointments with the pro se attorney must be scheduled with the Court Clerk’s office. The pro se attorney will meet with parties who have a case currently before the Court or are seeking to open a new case or re-open an existing case.

For further information, please contact the District Court Clerk’s Office in your county.
